We have stayed in over 25 different Portfolio establishments and we would say Bridgewater Manor was by far the best even amongst some fine establishments. We would say there was nothing to fault anything you provided and everything was covered in the most minute detail. I would add we do not look for faults of course. Just excellent overall performance and service. HOWEVER, you have one massive advantage over all others. Your manageress "V" surpassed any other individual, anywhere, anytime in terms of her friendly disposition, so eager to help in every way and it was a true delight to meet her. Your finest asset! The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with elegant furnishings and beautiful artwork throughout. The general areas were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for us senior folks to move around and relax. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails placed strategically to assist us in getting around comfortably.
It would have been even better if the children working there could have provided additional assistance and support specifically for senior guests.

The beautiful decoration of Roseroc Boutique Guesthouse creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's general areas are well-lit and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people. I particularly loved the cozy sitting areas where I could enjoy a cup of tea and chat with other guests.
It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive and offered assistance to senior guests when needed.
